Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10/26/2025

GalaxyChain (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates publicly accessible blockchain RPC and API endpoints. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use our services.

1. No Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or process any personal information from users. Our RPC nodes simply relay blockchain requests and responses. We do not track wallet addresses, IPs, or any identifiers beyond what is technically required for network operation.

2. Technical Logs

Our servers may generate temporary technical logs for performance monitoring (e.g., request counts, response times, error rates). These logs are anonymous and automatically deleted within a short period.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not share or sell any data to third parties. Any interaction with third-party wallets or explorers (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect) is governed by their own privacy policies.

4. No Liability

Our RPC endpoints are provided “as-is”, without warranty or guarantee of uptime, correctness, or security. By using them, you acknowledge that GalaxyChain and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use or downtime.

5. GDPR & Compliance

We respect the privacy principles of the GDPR and similar regulations. Since no personal data is collected or stored, these frameworks generally do not apply to our operation. Users may contact us at admin@galaxychain.co for questions or concerns.

6. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page. Continued use of our services means acceptance of any changes.
